General terms and conditions for courses and seminars

following terms and conditions are valid for cancellation for booked courses and seminars

- Free of charge for cancellations up to 72 hours before the start of the event 

- 50% of the participation fee is charged if cancelled less than 72 hours before the start of the event

- 100% of the participation fee is charged if cancelled less than 12 hours before the start of the event
